Sam Fowkes - Director -BSc (Hons), MCIOB
Sam established Selcon as founding Director following a progressive and extensive career in planning and construction management, most recently as an Operations Manager covering the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and Northern Home Counties.
Working in a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, defence, custodial, public and private sector for a range of high profile clients, Sam has helped deliver numerous £multi-million contracts. In 2017 he became an NEC3 accredited project manager and has since worked on several healthcare projects under the P22 framework. In 2020 he became an NEC 4 accredited project manager.
Sam prides himself on being able to adapt to any given project and covers all aspects of Planning and Construction Management from conception to post-occupation.
At the heart of Selcon lies Sam’s passion and strength in developing strong customer relations. Using extensive industry knowledge he directly supports clients and gives confidence in delivery.
