Programme Health Check

Programme Health Check

Our Programme Health Check service is a bespoke service that can be tailored to your needs and can include a complete and comprehensive review of the project programme including a review of logic linking, float, Critical Path, review of progress on site and against project spend to date and cash flow forecast. The health check can also include a review of the programme compliance against the contract, review of as-built data and programmes all captured in a  findings and recomendations report.

We work closely with our clients and tailor our service to their needs, all programmes produced are fully logic linked and have a full Critical path.

We use the latest software packages including ASTA Powerproject and Microsoft Project to ensure the information can be interpreted and used by our clients.
